On a sunny day in the Florida Keys what better is there to do than sit by the ocean? Well, I guess to actually be IN the ocean could be better...but I wasn't planning on sitting in the ocean wearing this outfit. Ha. This particular skirt & necklace combo reminded me of a mermaid...minus the the fin. I'm having a bit of an obsession with maxi skirts this summer. They're so comfy, & versatile! Unlike a maxi dress (which I also love) the skirt is easier to wear more often just by the simple switch of your top. I like to keep my outfits looking fresh, because you simply never know when you're going to be photographed & heaven forbid I get caught in the same outfit twice on Facebook.
